We ship all orders within 1-3 working days, unless otherwise stated on product page.

When your order is shipped, you will receive an e-mail with a shipping confirmation.

If we have used parcel post, you will receive the Track & Trace code which you can use to track your package.

Exchange & Returns

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, or have ordered/received an incorrect item, you can return the order or have it exchanged, provided you notify us within 14 days of receiving your order. This can be done via the following web page:

You will then receive a message from us with the return address and further instructions.

You must return or hand over the goods no later than 14 days after the day on which you indicated.
