Delivery Information

For online payments, Car Interface uses the secure payment system of MultiSafepay (online Payment Service Provider).

The product page (per product) contains an indication of the delivery time. If, for whatever reason, we cannot meet this delivery time, we will of course inform you as soon as possible.

Packages are usually delivered at different times than regular letterbox mail. Unfortunately, we cannot influence the time of delivery.

Below you will see an indication of when your order will be delivered within the Netherlands and Belgium .

The delivery time to EU destinations outside the Netherlands and Belgium is 2 - 5 working days.

Not at home?

Your order will be delivered to the address you specified. If no one is home at the time of delivery, you will receive a notification with the next delivery attempt. The parcel deliverer will then try again to deliver your order to the address you specified at a later time. If delivery to your neighbors is acceptable, you can indicate this as a comment on your order during the ordering process. In that case, we will not provide your package with a sticker stating 'home address only'. If delivery is not possible with the second offer, a message will be left in the mailbox stating the address of the post office where the order can be collected from the next working day. Your order will remain at the post office for two weeks. After this, your order will be returned to us. In this case, the costs for this are at your expense.

Postage costs

Shipping costs are calculated during the ordering process based on total weight and the country to which the product is to be sent.
To see the shipping costs for the ordered item in advance, use the "Calculate shipping costs" option of the shopping month.
Please note that the shipping costs are shown excluding VAT and VAT is added to the total price.

Different delivery address

During the ordering process you can specify a different delivery address than the billing address. This gives you the option to have your order delivered to your work, for example, or as a gift to someone else! The invoice will be sent to the billing address, your order to the delivery address. Only one delivery address is possible per order; If you want to have packages delivered to different addresses, you must place a separate order for each delivery address.
