Bluetooth streaming interface / audio adapter for RD4 Citroën car radios, 12-pin connection

With this Bluetooth module (interface / audio adapter) you can enjoy your favorite music that can be played wirelessly from a mobile phone or another Bluetooth device via your original Citroën car radio with a 12-pin CD changer connection.

The necessary CD changer connection is located on the back of the radio.
The following disassembly keys can be used to disassemble most Citroën radios:

This interface behaves like a CD changer and is also recognized as such by your car radio. This maintains the full functionality of your car. The interface / adapter / module is operated via the buttons on your steering wheel (if present) or via those on your car radio.

Comments:

• Does not support the following car radios / navigation systems:
  • Car radio with serial number RD4N2M-03
  • VDO RD4 N1M-02 radio unit (P13825)
  • RT5 with HDD navigation
  • RT3-N3-02 Navigation
  • RT3-N1-02 Navigation
• If a CD changer has not previously been connected to the radio, the CD changer support must be activated by the dealer. With us this can be achieved for only €37.95.

• It is not possible to combine this interface / adapter with an existing CD changer.
• Before installing the interface, the car radio must be disconnected from all cables except the antenna cable. Please note that in some cases a radio security code must be entered after disconnecting the wiring. So keep this at hand.
• If RNEG radio does not immediately function as expected in combination with this module, update the firmware version to 50.03.
